Our Independent Living Program provides safe, stable housing for adults who are capable of living independently and are seeking a supportive environment. All applicants are considered.
Who Should Apply?
Applicants may be eligible if they: Are legally able to enter into a housing agreement Can live independently without the need for daily medical or custodial care Are able to comply with community rules and lease obligations Are willing to maintain a safe, respectful, and drug-free living environment Eligibility determinations are never based on protected characteristics and are made solely on program capacity, safety considerations, andcompliance with housing requirement

Ensures fair consideration as units become available
Allows our team to assess eligibility using consistent standards applied to all applicants
